China Renaissance (CR) has appointed Lu as head of equities of CR Securities. Based in Hong Kong, Lu reports to Fan Bao, chairman and CEO of CR Group. She has 19 years of investment banking industry experience in client coverage, capital markets and risk management. Prior to joining CR, Lu worked for China Life Franklin Asset Management as deputy CEO, as well as Blackrock Asset, GDC and Deutsche Bank.
