Market changes and increasing demand for products and services mean that New World Telecom is looking for professional salespeople.

"Fresh graduates will be considered," says David Li, director of human resources. "We will provide training and development opportunities, and individuals who demonstrate talent and commitment will have excellent chances for career progression."

Main responsibilities will include planning and recommending the most efficient and cost-effective telecom services to customers. It will also be necessary to manage projects and help with applications for new telecom facilities. In addition, recruits will be expected to provide after-sales service and handle customer inquiries.

The training programme ensures that those joining the company have in-depth knowledge of continuing projects and technical aspects of the service infrastructure. It also provides the necessary professional skills in leadership, and supervising others by means of seminars, workshops and experiential training.
