崗位職責

  • 負責重要會議記錄和會議紀要之整理、事項跟進與傳達
  • 負責規章制度、文檔報告及技術文檔之繕寫及整理;
  • 負責部門後勤保障工作, 如組織及整理採購、處理付款報銷、整理專案及運營文檔等;
  • 負責電子設備管理;
  • 完成部門經理臨時交辦的任務。 

崗位要求

  • 大學畢業或以上程度,主修中文科為佳;
  • 具五年或以上文書工作經驗;
  • 具有較強的文案寫作能力,出色的文字組織及表達能力;
  • 具有資訊科技基本知識為佳;
  • 工作細緻認真,謹慎細心,條理性強;具有開拓精神和團隊精神;
  • 熟悉日常辦公軟體,如 MS Office電郵系統等。
