職責:

  • 負責分發及派送郵寄件/內部文件/速遞件及包裹
  • 處理郵局退件、掛號的分件及記錄工作及相關報告
  • 需協助外勤送件/收件工作
  • 協助上司處理其他有關行政支援

 

要求:

  • 中學程度,能操流利廣東話、略懂普通話及英語
  • 工作認真,責任心強,能刻苦耐勞及配合部門內部客戶服務要求
  • 處事細心及謹慎,能處理重複性及細微工作
  • 具相關經驗者優先考慮

Applicants for the above position must be proficient in spoken and written Chinese (including Mandarin) and English, and be competent in MS Office applications.
