Management Trainee Program 2015/2016
The Management Trainee Program 2015/2016 is a two-year program designed to nurture aspiring and professional management talents for the future developments of a Top Institution rated “A3” by Moody’s and “A” by Fitch (“The Group”).
Objectives of the program are to:
- Recruit, train and develop a team of management talents to support and expand the international business, especially the China Mainland business;
- Equip the management trainees with the skills and knowledge to meet and lead the future developments of The Group.
During the two-year program, the trainees will undergo an intensive development program incorporating classroom training, on-the-job training and rotations to different businesses and functions.
In the initial half year, they will be exposed to all aspects of training & practical work on Global investment portfolio setting, responsible for full range of financial consultancy services including:
- Risk management / Asset allocation
- Discretionary Management Service
- Trading services for Bonds and Funds
- Dealing with Securities and Futures contracts and securities-related advice
- Investment Immigration Services
- Corporate solutions
- Trust Services
as well as personal growth training (e.g. CFP, CFA, HKSI, ABC, NLP, etc.). We also offer GUARANTEE MONTHLY SALARY PLUS COMMISSION BONUS. After they have equipped with professional management skills to assume further responsibilities at The Group, they will have an opportunity to develop their own career still in Hong Kong or go to China Mainland at a management position. Only those outstanding elites will promote to the management level of The Group and estimate EARN 0.5 MILLION PER YEAR or more.
- University graduates (FRESH GRADUATES ARE ALSO WELCOMED) with excellent interpersonal & presentation skill. Oversea study experience is an advantage
- Working experience with professional qualification highly preferred, e.g. CFA, CPA, CFP, HKSI
- Fluent in English is a must, Mandarin is an advantage
- Experience in Private Banking industry will be an advantage
- Hard working & willing to learn. Strong desire to take challenges and make success on career life.
- Hong Kong citizens or work permit holders is welcome. Shenzhen residence will also be considered
