For post (A)
, applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree with at least 4-5 years’ work experience. Experience in a tertiary institution would be a definite advantage. They should also have an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, organizational and interpersonal skills, a strong sense of responsibility and IT proficiency, and be able to work in a team. They are expected to have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently to meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision. The appointee will provide administrative and secretariat support in various areas including administration of undergraduate curriculum, teaching and learning, experiential learning, examination, project management and committee servicing; and perform any other duties as assigned. For post (B), applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree with at least 1-2 years’ work experience. They should also have a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, good organizational and interpersonal skills, a strong sense of responsibility and IT proficiency, and be able to work in a team. The appointee will provide administrative support to senior administrators for undergraduate matters and outreach activities such as admission, course enrolment, student enhancement programmes, publicity events; and perform any other duties as assigned.
