Established by the Government in 1989, The Open University of Hong Kong (OUHK) has five academic units, namely the School of Arts & Social Sciences, Lee Shau Kee School of Business & Administration, School of Education & Languages, School of Science & Technology, and the Li Ka Shing Institute of Professional & Continuing Education. Through them, we provide full-time and part-time programmes at undergraduate, post-graduate, and sub-degree levels.

Academic Service Manager (Ref: 16-ASM-342-O)

Duties
The appointee will be responsible to the Registrar or his/her nominee for overseeing the administrative services and support relating to the functions and activities of the Registry, including Admissions, Course Enrolment, Advanced Standing, Class Scheduling, Assignments and Tutoring, Examinations, Student Records and Graduation.

Requirements
Applicants should have a recognised degree with at least 6 years’ relevant post-qualification administrative experience. They should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua. Proficiency in computer applications is also required.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a trade test.

Terms of Appointment
Successful candidatewill be appointed on a full-time fixed term contract.  Fringe benefits will include annual leave, medical & dental benefits, life insurance coverage and gratuity, where applicable.
