Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate to ensure timely month end closing, proper cut off and major expenses are properly accrued at month end
  • Ensure all stock movements are properly reflected in iSAP system
  • Analyse margins %, landed costs, cost of reduction and wastage to ensure accurate stock accounting
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and internal management review, including Income Statement, Stores P&L, Cash Flow Statement, Stock Summary, etc.
  • Liaise with corporate team on intercompany recharge
  • Assist on financial audit, financial status analysis and ad hoc assignments
  • Deliver performance management and motivate the team to achieve common objectives

Requirements: 

  • Degree holder, professionally qualified Accountant
  • At least 4 years relevant experience of which over 1 year at similar capacity in MNC or retail industry
  • Strong internal control mind-set with excellent analytical skills
  • Auditing experience in international audit firm is preferred
  • High proficiency in excel
  • Good time management and able to work under pressure
  • Practical experience on SAP would be an advantage
