Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general support to the finance function in relation to general book keeping
  • Provide support on monthly/quarterly/annual forecasting and budgeting
  • Ensure effective suite of reports provided to business enabling management to monitor business profitability
  • Handle queries and provide professional supports to the stakeholders
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the department as assigned by the Department Manager

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Accountancy or Finance with 1-3 years of related experience
  • Professional accounting qualification, preferred
  • Fundamental knowledge of organizational finance / accounting procedures
  • Proficient with spreadsheets, data analysis and reconciliation procedures
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
