Admin Assistant/ Secretary (Part Time)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide general secretarial and administrative support
  • Responsible to update and maintain client database
  • Assist in Handling phone calls/ emails and messages from clients
  • Liaise with different parties such as CPAs, Banks, and Lawyers...etc

Requirements:

  • Experience in handling general admin/ secretarial duties
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic accounting/ company secretarial knowledge an advantage

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours
  • 4-6 hours per day
  • 2-3 days per week expected
