Sizable garment manufacturing group with sweater factory in Myanmar 2000 to 3000 workers - is looking for an ADMINISTRATION MANAGER - with details as follows :
- Tertiary education / Diploma holder; or equivalent
- Over 10 years working experience in garment manufacturers related to administration/human resources
- Experience in sizable garment factories a plus
- Offshore factories experience is a definite advantage
- Familiar with social compliance
- Experience in factories servicing international apparel branded clients is a plus
- Energetic, strong leadership, negotiation and problem solving skill
- Business level English and Mandarin
- Reporting to the Managing Director
- Fully responsible for all administration and human resources duties of the Myanmar factory 2000-3000 workers
- Entertaining overseas customers during their visits for social compliance issues
- Leading, coaching and training Adminstration Team members
- Station Myanmar factory
- 13 months salary plus performance bonus
- Accommodation and meals provided
