Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage communication materials of designated programs and services in Qinghai including reports, story writing and publication materials
  • Manage the daily operation of Christian Action Xining Office Manage and update content of project database
  • Maintain the inventory of office equipment
  • Supervise the maintenance of office facilities and the dormitory
  • Provide IT user support to staff in Xining Office
  • Assist in organizing volunteer tours & visit and involve in Organization events and initiatives

Requirements

  • University graduated
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in administration and communications
  • Network with churches is preferable
  • Strong social media expertise and IT skill
  • Possess excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
  • Detail-minded and well-organized
  • Strong sense of responsibility and able to handle multi-tasks
  • Good team player
  • Self-motivated and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Competent in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Able to understand issues affecting disabled children and youth in China
  • Experience in social service sector in China is an asset
