Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle routine office administrative work
  • Handle human resources related administrative work
  • Handle invoicing, petty cash and office expenses
  • Prepare leave summary
  • Assist in ad hoc projects and assignments

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years relevant experience
  • Independent, high integrity, attentive to details
  • Organised, positive and responsible
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS office - Word, Excel
