Job Duties

  • Candidate search, arrange job interviews
  • Quotation/tender preparation
  • Liaise with clients and relevant stakeholders to understand clients' need for candidate selection.
  • Take care of all related administration work such as management reports preparation, employment contract preparation, attendance records verification, and act as back up in case of emergencies and be prepared to work hands on with the team to meet tight deadlines
  • Support payroll administration, annual leave verification
  • Support senior management in admin related work
  • Other office administration duties as assigned.

Employment Terms

  • 5.5 days work per week, 0900-1800, Sat 0900-1300 (alternate Sat off), off on Sun, PH
  • Working location : North Point
  • $12,000 per month, with year end bonus subject to performance

Candidate's Requirement

  • F5 graduates with 5 passes in HKCEE including Chinese and English
  • 3 years or above full time administrative experience required
  • Candidate who possessed experience in human resources tasks would be highly advantageous
  • Immediately available  (or with short notice) preferred
  • Able to work independently with tight deadlines
