Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the daily operation of reception including handle incoming call, manage front desk area and welcome guests;
  • Preparing standard coffee, tea and drinks;
  • Responsible for the daily operation of the coffee lounge and co-working space;
  • Maintaining all service utensils and equipment’s in well condition;
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the bar area;
  • Modeling and acting in accordance with Company guiding principles;
  • Responsible for the inventory of general office supplies;
  • Assist in license management and report preparation;
  • Maintain proper filing system and document storage for the department;
  • Handle general clerical duties and provide full administrative support to departments;
  • Assist in staff recreation activities and company events;
  • Maintain conference room booking, ensure the reception, conference rooms and pantry are neat and tidy;
  • Carry out office assistant duties when the office assistant is not available and/or on leave;
  • Take charge in administrative duties in the office such as desks and key cards assign-/re-assignments, ordering and purchasing of indirect products, cleaning and pest control arrangements etc;
  • Assist in food and others venue quotation for company events such as s, training etc;
  • communicate and liaise with property management office and contractors for building maintenance services;
  • Handling all daily side duties and ad hoc tasks assigned by manager.

 

Key requirements:

  • Diploma or above with 1 years relevant working experience in administration;
  • solid experience in administrative and/or receptionist work;
  • Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills;
  • Cheerful, polite and friendly personality, well organized, detailed-mind, self-motivated
  • Stable, punctual, hard working, strong sense of responsibility;
  • Team oriented with good attention to detail;
  • Fast learner and able to perform multi-tasks and work independently;
  • Excellent work attitude and helpful attitude are essential;
  • Excellent service manner and positive attitude;
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, good Mandarin is an advantage;
  • Proficient in general PC skills (MS word, excel and Chinese Word Processing);
  • Immediate available preferred.
