Due to continuing growth of the company we seek to appoint an “Administration Manager”.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Administration Manager is a full time position with responsibilities primarily involving accounting including book keeping, invoicing, managing accounts receivable, generation of end of month reports, preparation of accounts for annual audit, plus some HR administration (MPF, salaries calculation etc) and some general office management responsibilities.
This position was formerly a part time position, now expanded to a full time role.
The ideal candidate for this position would have the following background:
- At least 3 years relevant experience.
- Be comfortable working in a multicultural office environment.
- Be reliable, stable, competent and capable.
- Fluent Cantonese with good English language skills.
- Have good reference(s).
- Possess relevant accounting qualifications.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
Working location: Wanchai, Hong Kong
The position would commence in January 2017 or earlier if practicable.
