The incumbent will be responsible for:

  • supervising a sizable team of administrative staff including Assistant Manager/Officers and a dispatch team, car pool drivers, watchmen and amahs to maintain a safe, secure, clean, tidy and green work environment and to provide quality administrative services in: central filing and document storage; dispatch and mailing; reception and security; housekeeping and cleansing; car pool; printing and stationeries
  • preparing annual budgets, monitoring and controlling office expenses
  • planning and drafting office layout plans, supervising renovation and relocation projects
  • formulating and reviewing office manuals, safety and security rules
  • organizing staff events / parties and participating in CSR / Green activities
  • handling ad hoc assignments 


Requirements:

  • Degree holders with over 15 years’ relevant all-round office administration experiencewith at least 5 years at managerial level  in sizable companies supervising a sizeable team with office size not less than 40,000 s.f. gross
  • strong sense of responsibility and common sense, hands-on and committed to deliver quality service
  • organized, detailed, able to handle multi-tasks effectively and prioritize works to meet tight schedules / deadlines
  • excellent communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills
  • willing to work beyond office hours and on weekends/holidays to supervise/monitor office renovation/relocation projects
  • proficient in written English and Chinese  as the incumbent will be required to formulate, draft and review office manuals and policies
  • advanced users of Microsoft Office applications and knowledge in AutoCAD preferred
