Responsibilities:

 

  • Perform administrative duties for the company as specified;

  • Perform additional duties as assigned including:

    • Providing transportation service to senior office staff or designates in attending conferences / meetings or any other urgent missions as required;

    • Carrying out all the respective service functions under customary practices of the Administration Department with continuous improvement as may be necessary;

 

The successful applicants should have/be:

  • Pass in HKCEE/ HKDSE in Chinese and English or equivalent;
  • With 3 years experience in providing office administration;
  • Practical experience in using MS Office (Excel and Word);
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • General understanding of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Immediate available is an advantage.
