- Support Departments in general office administration & clerical duties
- Provide ad hoc support assigned by Departments
- Diploma holder with formal administrative training
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience preferably in project / sales administration or related field
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Independent & able to work under pressure
- Proficient in spoken & written English, Mandarin & Cantonese
- Good PC knowledge including MS Office
