• 1 year relevant experience in office administration duties
• Experience in related industry such as banking, insurance and finance will be an advantage
• Proficiency in PC skills including MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command in spoken and written English & Chinese including Mandarin
• Responsible, detail-minded, self-motivated, independent
• With good attitude and willing to learn
• Provide general reception duties including handle all incoming telephone calls, enquiries and greet visitors
• Provide support to the HR & Admin Department for general administrative duties and HR issues
co-ordinate with other departments in HK and Offices in China
• Assist in organizing company activities and ad-hoc assignments
• Territory education or above (fresh graduate will be considered)
