Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing all-round administrative and operations support to the team and members
  • Greeting guest and members and handling enquiries of members in a professional manner
  • Maintain the workspaces at a high standard at all times, which includes facilities and environment management
  • Collaborate with internal parties to support events logistics and ensure all events run effectively and efficiently
  • Work closely with Food & Beverage team to provide administrative support
  • Handle ad hoc assignments or project as required

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • At least 1 year experience in administrative field, preferably gained in hospitality or customer service industries
  • Self-motivated, detailed-oriented, proactive and able to work under pressure
  • Strong sense of responsibility and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in PC applications including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Able to speak fluent in English is an advantage
  • Good command of written English and Chinese
  • Enjoy interacting with people and being exposed to multi-cultural work environment
