The post holder will maximise the effectiveness and efficiency of the Director and Head of Human Resources, East Asia by organising their calendars, meetings and work support systems and to co-ordinate British Council activities in Hong Kong through office systems and services.


You should have:

Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent administration and organisational skills
Excellent IT skills – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM system
Good interpersonal and communication skills, including fluency in written and spoken English
All other competencies on the job description

The remuneration package for this position includes a salary of at least $20,709 per month, 20 days of annual leave per year and medical benefits.
