The appointee will be (a) providing services to the operation of undergraduate degree programmes; (b) providing secretarial support to the Associate Dean (Undergraduate Studies); (c) liaising with external parties and professional organizations; (d) providing student advising services; (e) handling student cases; (f) coordinating faculty-/programme-wide events; and (g) performing other duties as assigned.
Applicants should have (i) a recognized degree with at least two years’ administrative experience, preferably in the tertiary education sector; (ii) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; (iii) good interpersonal and organizational skills as well as analytical ability; and (iv) a high level of competence in computer literacy.
Salary and Fringe Benefits
Commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund and gratuity.
