The Role

 

Assisting the Director of Claims services.  Providing administrative and claims data management support to provide first class professional claims services to our corporate clients on a global scale

 

  • Providing secretarial support to the Director of Claims Services
  • Providing administrative support in meeting Claims Services goals and objectives
  • Coordinating/organising data and generating reports for renewal, meetings and other forums
  • Accurate registration and updating of claims
  • Setting up and maintaining claims records and databases
  • Data entry
  • Assisting in claims processing and administration
  • Related administrative functions

 

Our requirements:

 

  • Qualification at Form 7 or above
  • 1-3 year’s relevant experience, knowledge of commercial insurance would be an advantage although not essential
  • Proficiency in computer skills – Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc
  • Attention to detail and accuracy of data input and management, understanding of data recording and reporting
  • Good organisation skills
  • Ability to work in a team and provide services in a pleasant and efficient manner
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Stable and long-term
