Job Duties:

  • Assist to handle daily sea freight operations shipment from HK/China To USA
  • Ensure service reliability and solidity customer relationship to achieve business
  • Able to handle full set of Export documents, customer declaration etc.
  • Follow up routing order, SOP, shipping instructions from overseas offices / agent to ensure operations execution
  • Work closely with clients/consignee and internal departments to ensure the smooth operations
  • Prepare statistics report to customer & management
     


Job Requirements

  • Secondary with at least 3 years experience in freight forwarding or shipping lines, preferably in USA Market
  • Able to work independent, self-motivation, diligent & good team player
  • Highly committed to deliver results despite working deadline and overtime
  • Fluent of spoken & written English and Chinese, Mandarin is required
  • Proficient in computer skills, MS Office application with hand on experience in operating system
  • Short notice or immediate available is highly prefer
  • Good command in English and Mandarin

Salary:::
13-18K (12 days Annual Leave/Double paid/Medical/5 days work)
Working Hours:
Mon-Fri: 09:00-18:00
