Based at property, this managerial role is responsible for driving and managing overall human resources and training function for Lanson Place Hong Kong, Two Macdonnell Road, and any other future possible projects in HK.

Reporting directly to Area General Manager and dotted to Corporate Senior Human Resources Manager, this key role handles an overall spectrum of recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, staff relations and communication, as well as training and development.

To be considered, candidate shall possess around  10 - 14 years human resources management, amongst which 3 years at managerial capacity including staff training gained within high end international hospitality group.  Sound knowledge of HK labour-related ordinances, hands-on experience in payroll process, and proficiency in HRIS are essential.  Other attributes sought include developed interpersonal skill, efficient time management, and good leadership quality.

This is an ideal role for an energetic and enthusiastic HR professional wishes to unlease one's capacity to full potential within a fast-paced and modern management style with career advancement opportunity. 

Travelling between properties is envisaged.
