Responsibilities

  • Manage various administrative functions including but not limited to office administration, shipping activities, monthly payroll preparation, etc
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience with at least 2 years in supervisory level, exposure in construction industry is highly appreciated
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, independent and able to work under pressure
