Responsibilities:
  • provide administrative support to Head of Life Operations (Underwriting & Claims), Head of Life Operations (Services) & Head of Technical Development
  • manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointment and travel arrangements
  • arrange and co-ordinate meetings and conference calls
  • record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
  • answer and manage incoming calls
  • moniotr, screen and distribute incoming communications
  • manage deadlines and reminders for executives
  • drafting correspondence and presentations
  • filing and retrieving corpoate records, documents and reports
  • managing the inventory o foffice supplies
  • assist in planning internal functions, activities and events
  • proivde other daily support to executives as needed
  • proivde administrative support to other Life Operations Team Heads as assigned
  • to perform special projects and other duties as assigned




Requirements:
  • 5 years or above relevant experience
  • Able to work independently on assigned subjects and is proactive enough
  • University graduate preferred
  • Excellent English and Chinese written communication skills
  • Able to be multi-tasking
  • Strong organization skills and good interpersonal communication skills
  • Familiar with Words, Excel and other software
  • Be flexible with multi-cultural working environment
