You will oversee the performance of station commercial businesses, including sales of branded merchandising and souvenir tickets, distribution of free publications and new businesses. You will formulate sales and marketing strategies, develop and implement various marketing programmes, manage agencies and product suppliers, identify new business opportunities to meet the business targets and enhance service quality as well as foster customers' loyalty to corporate branding.
You will also manage the day-to-day distribution of free newspapers and magazines within the railway premises, monitor the market trends and identify potential publications as well as supervise a team to implement business plans, marketing programmes and logistics.
You should have a Degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Communications with at least 5 years' experience in marketing, preferably in digital / advertising media and product development, of which 1 year should be at the supervisory level. You should be a creative and analytical thinker with good organising, interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is essential.
