Entrepreneurship Center (EC) is committed to promoting the spirit of creativity/innovation and entrepreneurial culture among our students, alumni and community.


Reporting to the EC Director and working closely with the EC team, the appointee will contribute in the following dimensions: website development and maintenance, managing and maintaining online systems and statistical analysis; tracking, evaluating and summarizing student data; information dissemination via website and other social media; programming and developing event registration process, disseminating news and gathering and analyzing data; assisting in organizing student competitions; advertising and posting startup job opportunities; and performing any other duties as assigned. Working outside normal office hours/on weekends, and traveling outside Hong Kong may be required.


Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of post-qualification work experience relevant in the area, an ability to work independently and flexibly, and a strong sense of responsibility. Ideal candidates should be self-motivated, attentive to details, and multi-task oriented. They should also possess excellent communication skills with high proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua), be a good team player, and equipped with good IT knowledge (e.g., PS & AI for Graphic Design, Drupal, HTML/JavaScript for website development, Google analytics and VBA for database management). Previous experiences on entrepreneurship, event management, marketing and/or branding would be an advantage. (Duration: 2 years, renewable).


Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.  A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
