(School of Vocational Training)  

Duties:

  1. Monitor the delivery of training courses;
  2. Arrange and manage teaching equipment and materials;
  3. Coordinate feedback from students, trainers and employers in respect of programme review;
  4. Provide assistance in course development and design;
  5. Liaise with funding bodies and outside partners;
  6. Provide secretarial support to meeting;
  7. Perform other duties as assigned; and
  8. Willing to work on shift. 

Requirements:

  1. Sub-degree or above in any discipline;
  2. At least 4 years’ working experience, OR 2 years’ relevant working experience;
  3. Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  4. Good knowledge in MS Office and Chinese-word-processing;
  5. Positive, mature and independent;
  6. A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills; and
  7. Hands-on experience in the administration of ERB courses would definitely be an advantage.
  8. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Executive.
