Assistant Digital Banking Manager

We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our department as Assistant Digital Banking Manager.
- Implement digital banking strategies for new business initiatives and proposition
- Manage digital projects related to our Bank’s online channels on mobile and desktop platforms
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors on project planning and execution
- Monitor market trend and carry out competitive analysis of digital market
- Monitor the progress of e-product and e-services development, and develop online customer journey with enhanced customer experience and satisfaction, especially on mobile platforms
- Identify business opportunities for improving competitiveness of online business
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in related project management and implementation
- Keen interest in latest mobile and web technologies and trends
- Knowledge on mobile application platforms/mobile web/web would be an advantage
- Self-motivation with good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills and strong sense of responsibility
- Detail-oriented, ability to work under pressure and meet pressing deadline
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Application (particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
