Should you join our Insurance business, you will focus on maintaining close relationships with our corporate and individual customers, and providing them with premium services. You will also be expected to develop new insurance products and distribution channels to meet the changing needs of customers in a dynamic environment.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Distribution Development and Support Manager.
- Facilitate the achievement of business targets on life insurance business
- Provide effective sales support for distribution channels
- Pipeline management on high net worth business
- Develop sales aids/training materials to enhance capabilities and professionalism of sales force
- Review the sales process and develop guidelines in compliance with the requirements of the Group, Bank and regulatory authorities
University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline, preferably with professional qualifications such as FLMI
Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations and fulfillment of the competency requirements to carry out regulated activities as defined under the Securities and Futures Ordinance an advantage
Minimum of five years’ sales support experience in life insurance business
Strong self-motivation, with creativity and good market sense
Good negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with knowledge of PC application software
Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
