The Job

  • Client: A Logistics Company
  • Position: Assistant General Manager - O2O Business Management
  • Responsibilities: To drive O2O business & operation will full accountability; Manage the business operation from Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Corporate Finance, Retail Store & Operation with total number of 250 staff & 100 stores; Building, planning and implementing O2O market and business models / Omni Channel Retailing strategies; Drive the latest eCommerce technologies in Channel, Mobile & Group Buying to ensure a strong brand and market position & high quality customer experience; Drive business partnerships and collaboration with various industry marketers to achieve business synergies & results.
  • $50K up. 5-day. Medical. bonus

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Admin. Marketing. MBA a plus
  • Min. 10 years experience in eCommerce and Retail Business Management & marketing with P&L responsibilities
  • Proven track records in driving digital / O2O / Omni channel sales and traffic increment for physical retail stores and online shop.
  • Strong leadership and team building skills and experience in managing a sizable team,
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese (including Mandarin)
