Experience and Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing / Business Management is preferred
  • Minimum 8-10 years’ management experience in sales and marketing for household gas appliances products in the PRC market
  • Strong analytical ability, well organized and superior attention to detail
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in the PRC market, market trend and analysis, product knowledge, product safety and product certification.
  • Experiences in promoting new brands and products in PRC market
  • Frequent travels are required
  • Position is immediately available

 

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and set PRC business strategies, business and marketing plans
  • Lead the sales and marketing team to execute and implement all plans and strategies for the Company
  • Liaise and negotiate for any business deals and contracts with different parties in PRC
  • Develop and maintain the relationship between the business partners, clients and contracting manufacturers
  • Provide support and advice on rules and regulations in relation to sales and marketing issues
  • Ensure smooth operation of various department in order to reach the high quality standard of services
  • Formulate and set customer care plans and policy
  • Promote the customers loyalty and Brands
  • Provides leadership and trains team members to efficiently execute daily operations; provides guidance and feedback to support team members on resolving issues; develops team members' technical knowledge
