Within Retail Banking and Wealth Management, Broking Services provides full investment services in stocks, bonds, currencies, precious metals, commodities and derivatives to retail, corporate customers and financial intermediaries. As a leading full service broker dealer in Hong Kong, our investment services include advisory, execution, risk and portfolio management, custodianship, and margin financing.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Global Standards Manager.

In this role, you will

  • Support delivery to Global Standards requirements according to Global and Asia Pacific directions
  • Manage projects to implement Global Standards programs, sub programs and inflight projects across the business
  • Escalate issues, risks and dependencies as appropriate
  • Provide support during the project phases of testing, simulation, business readiness and implementation with final responsibility to assist in act
  • Provide inputs and comments on HSBC operation, process and procedures for Global Standards implementation
  • Plan and delivery Global Standards communications and training program

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

  • Degree holder with proven track record in Retail Banking and Wealth Management
  • Strong project management and analytical skills
  • Strong language, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Persuasive and strong stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge to process, procedures and operation for customer onboarding, account review and remediation practice for Retail Banking and Wealth Management
  • Proficient in Microsoft office including Excel and PowerPoint
