Assistant HR Manager - Payroll / C&B
About the Company
Our client is one of the oldest department chains in Hong Kong, they are now looking for an Assistant HR Manager - Payroll to join the team.
About the Role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of C&B functions, including payroll processing, annual salary review, performance bonus, insurance and MPF etc. Also to prepare monthly reports for management review, and to participate in C&B projects and other ad hoc projects.
About the Person
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, experience in retail industy would be a definite advantage
- Well organized and detail minded
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
