Assist in implementation of competitive compensation and benefit practices, provide support in various HR projects including annual bonus and salary review, staff promotion, and reward programs. Assist in job evaluation and performance management projects and participate in market salary and benefit survey. Prepare material and data for management reports and meetings and support in review of HR policies and procedures to ensure the Bank is consistently complied with related regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Business related disciplines with at least 1 year relevant experience, preferably in financial industry;
  • Highly numerate with strong analytical and statistical skills;
  • Proactive team player with good communication skills;
  • Able to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines;
  • Conversant with Chinese word processing and MS office Suite, especially in Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is preferred;
  • Experience in market salary and benefit survey is an advantage.
