We are currently looking for a candidate who is passionate, vibrant and dynamic to join our Human Resources Department. 

Responsibilities: 

Talent Engagement

  • Assists Assistant Director of Human Resources to execute staff retention strategies in terms of career development and planning, performance management, employee engagement, wellness, employee relations and communications
  • Works closely with L&D team to facilitate/manage the career planning for all general staff
  • Provides coaching and counselling support to management in the areas of employee relations, performance management and policy interpretation
  • Facilitates timely resolution of employee relations issues while maintaining a balance between employee and management advocacy
  • Manage both discussion and documentation relating to personnel activities such as employment, job movements, grievances and disciplinary actions
  • Administers Performance Management (TMS) and the review process for all full time/contracted employees
  • Works closely with the C&B team to ensure that all biweekly and monthly payroll cycles are completed timely
  • Assists in reviewing the efficiency of the daily operation and applies technology to streamline the current workflow

Payroll Management

  • Works closely with the payroll master and Finance team to manage the entire payroll cycles to ensure the payroll accuracy
  • Manages all the work injury cases or other labour cases and works closely with HSH legal team, insurance companies and government organizations
  • Manages the calculation of terminal payments and off-boarding logistics

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree Holder in Human Resources or relevant discipline
  • At least five years’ experience in relevant HR areas
  • Good command of verbal and written English
  • Experience leading/managing the implementation of a global HRIS, preferably PeopleSoft
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g. MS Excel)
  • Full knowledge of the Employment Ordinance of HKSAR
  • Good understanding of Human Resources practices and procedures
