Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to provide full spectrum of office administration services and management to the office
  • Procurement of office supplies, equipment & inventory control
  • Plan and draft layout plans, supervise renovation and relocation projects
  • Monitor telecommunication equipment, office security system, staff access control and warehouse management
  • Prepare annual administration budgets, monitor and control expenses
  • Establish and implement administration policies and guidelines
  • Assist in other ad-hoc projects and company events

Requirements

  • University graduate 
  • Minimum 8 years office administration experience in large scale corporations
  • Mature, proactive, detailed-orientated and well organised
  • Able to work independently and work under pressure and time constraint
  • With strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills and able to deal with staff at all levels
