We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Manager Change Management and Delivery.
In this role, you will
Take a business analysis role in all non-technical phases of Client Information Delivery related projects or enhancement implementation to ensure that business requirements are defined, validated and met.
Be responsible for the analysis, definition and communication of business and system requirements
Perform User Acceptance Test on the Accounting and Valuation packages and associated applications or interfaces developed by Information Technology department
Coordinate and control quality of User Acceptance Test performed by external users on the Accounting and Valuation packages and associated applications developed by Information Technology department
Take part and lead business projects when required
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements
Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or related disciplines with extensive experience in System Implementation, Business Analysis, Process Review or Operations Management
Good Knowledge and understanding on Fund Accounting and Valuation
Knowledge in Hong Kong, or Taiwan regulatory reporting will be an advantage
Solid experience and ability in analyzing business needs, suggesting solutions, documenting user requirements, and implementing solutions
Good interpersonal, presentation, communication skills
Fluent written and spoken both Chinese and English with excellent communication skills
The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting. Subject to local laws, this will require the individual to satisfactorily pass a series of additional checks as part of the recruitment process and on an ongoing basis, if appointed to the role.
