Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of work programmes and action plans as well as execution of community engagement activities, programmes and plans under established strategy
  • Assist in developing and maintaining a vibrant liaison network with Government departments, local groups, residents groups and significant stakeholders who are related to urban renewal issues
  • Handle incoming inquiries and complaints, prepare correspondences and communication materials to address concerns from members of the community as well as to enhance communication between the Authority and local community

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder in public administration, public policy or related field, social work, communications, or journalism
  • More than 5 years full-time experiences
  • A strong sense of social and community development trends
  • Experience in organising programmes and campaign for local community
  • Satisfactory oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Knowledge in desktop research (including the application of internet search)
