Responsibilities of the role include procurement in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, implementation and execution of the Group’s compliance policies and procedures, preparation of minutes, statutory returns and other documents in compliance with laws and regulations in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and other jurisdictions, and participation in ad hoc projects when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with associate membership of ICSA / HKICS and solid knowledge in company secretarial field
  • At least 6 years of working experience in sizable professional firms with supervisory experience
  • Fluent in spoken and written communication in English and Chinese
  • Meticulous, systematic and able to lead a team with minimum supervision
  • Knowledge of CSA software
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Company Secretarial Officer
