Manage a direct sales team with 8-12 salespersons to meet team sales target

Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the assigned sales target and assist DSM for achieving the channel sales target
  • Drive and monitor the sales performance as well as daily operation issues of the team
  • Explore and identify new business opportunity in loans sector and implement effective sales strategies to increase team productivity
  • Solicit personal loan applications through different channels, e.g. outreaching sales activities with various Associations
  • Monitor and coach individual staff performance so as to maintain team stability and harmony
  • Ensure the team is handling customer data and working by following the procedures documented in the operation manual
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Staff recruitment
  • Ensure the team is providing and delivering quality services to customer

Incumbent Requirements:

  • F.5 or above with at least 5 years sales experience preferably in personal loan products with good sales record
  • Preferably with sales supervisory experience
  • Aggressive, self-motivated and mature with positive attitude
  • Able to work under pressure, achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Good customer service skills and the ability to efficiently and effectively resolve problems raised by the customers
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Chinese & English, preferably in Mandarin
  • Willing to work on Saturday, Sunday & public holiday
