Assistant Manager (Loyalty Marketing / CRM)

Our client is a premium retail company. They are currently seeking high calibre individuals to join their Loyalty Marketing team as an Assistant Manager. This will be an excellent opportunity to work for a company that highly values their CRM program.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive sales and traffic to company's business through data analysis and customer segmentation
  • Develop and carry out appropriate programmes to increase acquisition and retention of customers
  • Work closely with internal departments to create customized communications and rewards to exclusive audiences
  • Maintain good relationships with new and existing CRM vendors
  • Monitor all CRM programmes, communications, and planning to ensure that they are efficient, effective, and align with company objectives


Requirements
  • Degree holder or above
  • 7-8 years relevant experience in sizable companies or agencies, including FMCG / telecommunications / banking / retail / airline industries
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills are essential
  • Strong data analysis and project management skills
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Excellent command of English, good command of Cantonese and Mandarin
