Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Assistant Vice President to ensure the daily operation runs smoothly
  • Lead a small team to carry out assigned or ad hoc projects
  • Provide Client Relationship Department and/or clients with direct, comprehensive and seamless support services on corporate actions, dividend/corporate action payments, and shareholder meetings; deal with clients directly if necessary
  • Coordinate with relationship managers and other internal parties to carry out corporate actions related issues according to the agreed timeline
  • Plan and deliver administration services at shareholder meetings, including registration of shareholders, meeting venue logistics and vote tabulation
  • Liaise with responsible parties and oversee dispatch logistics to ensure the corporate communication documents be dispatched on schedule


Requirements

  • University graduate with Bachelor Degree (or above) in business related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, experience in handling corporate action projects is highly preferred
  • Candidates who have completed HKSI paper 1, 7 & 8 is a plus
  • Strong client orientation and work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Attention to details, analytical and problem solving capabilities
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritise workloads
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Working location: Kwun Tong Office
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered as Assistant Manager
