Responsibilities:

  • Assist to formulate and review HR policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct survey and analysis in relation to Reward function (e.g. industry compensation and benefits survey, market compensation data analysis, staff cost analysis for budget exercise, etc.)
  • Compile and provide HR analytics for facilitating management decision
  • Prepare presentation materials and management reports for management meeting
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Human Resources Management or business related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources with 2 years of experience in rewards function, preferably in banking industry
  • Well-versed with Employment Ordinance, relevant laws and regulations
  • Able to apply research data and statistics in report writing
  • Able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure and tight timeline
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal writing and analytical skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing

(Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer)
