About our client
Our client is a Hong Kong based conglomerate with fast growing business in Asia Pacific and excellent branding in their industry. They are looking for an Assistant Manager, Operation Excellence to join their Hong Kong Office.
About the role
You will report to the Head of Operations Excellence and ensure the adequacy and effectiveness of internal operation system are in place in HK. You will design different tracking / KPIs system to increase the efficiency and implement alignments across different business units. You will also drive and lead projects within the teams and work closely with business stakeholders on insightful recommendations and ideas concerning process improvement.
About the candidate
- Bachelor holder in Business, Accounting, Finance, Operations or related disciplines
- Minimum of 8 years' related experience in the field of real estate, retail, property management, IT and E-commerce is preferred
- Solid internal control or process enhancement experience is an advantage
- Excellent multi-tasking skills and result-oriented and able to work independently
- Missionary with excellent integrity, confident, self-motivated and a quick learner
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
