- Overall responsible for the implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service delivery and to create a continuous improvement culture
- Utilise and improve existing systems to provide timely information with which to track performance and trends to ensure maximised business performance.
- Ensure continuous improvement and development of the processes and procedures to meet the above demands, at a sustainable cost structure and in line with the strategic goals of the company
- Degree holder in Quality Management/Business Adminsitration or revelant disclipines with at least 6 years' work experience
- Relevant experience in Retail/Property is an advantage
- Strong inter-personal, analytical and presentation skills
- Highly self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent command of Chinese and English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in Putonghua (Mandarin) is desirable
