We are a premier international English language school with over a decade’s experience in teaching English to young learners.  With six centres in Hong Kong, we are expanding our business to Bangkok, Thailand where we recently opened our first international kindergarten in early 2014. Our syllabus uses world renowned Cambridge ELT and phonics materials for children learning English as a second/foreign language. Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily operations of all centres
  • Arrange all logistic needed for all centres
  • Assist in Recruitment and Screening of franchisees to open new learning centers in Hong Kong
  • To ensure operations of new franchisees is in-line with requirements of the company
  • Support new franchisees at the initial stage until their operation is stable

 

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years' working experience preferably in Education, Franchise Business, Leasing or Sales Industry
  • Account Servicing or Shop Management experience is an advantage
  • Higher diploma or degree holder in sales and marketing or related disciplines preferred
  • Fluent written and spoken of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Well-organized person with Excellent Management Skills
  • Multi-tasking ability and self-motivated
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with sound initiatives
